Add BlocFish to your Home Screen
On iPhone, deal alerts only work from the BlocFish icon on your Home Screen.
- Tap the Share button in Safari.
- Tap Add to Home Screen. If you see Open as Web App, leave it on.
- Tap Add, then open BlocFish from your Home Screen.
Alerts on iPhone need iOS 16.4 or later.
Install BlocFish
For this test, run BlocFish from its own icon, the way shoppers will.
- Tap Chrome's ⋮ menu.
- Tap Add to Home screen, then Install.
- Open BlocFish from its icon.
Get today's deals the moment they're live
BlocFish sends one short alert a day from stores you follow. You can turn it off any time.
Your phone will ask next. Tap Allow.
Alerts are off for BlocFish
You can still browse every deal. To get alerts back:
On iPhone
- Press and hold the BlocFish icon on your Home Screen.
- Tap Remove App, then Delete. Your deals and favorites are not lost.
- Open the BlocFish link in Safari again and add it back to your Home Screen.
- Open it from the icon and tap Turn on alerts, then Allow.
On Android
- Press and hold the BlocFish icon and tap App info (ⓘ).
- Tap Notifications and turn on Allow notifications.
- If there is no switch there: in Chrome, open Settings → Site settings → Notifications, find BlocFish and choose Allow.
- Come back to BlocFish; this screen will update.
